1) DB Curls Super setted with Tricep Pressdowns -
2) Close Grip press Super Setted with BB Curl
1) DB Curls
2) Close Grip

Used to superset bb curls with skullcrushers, a bit elbow stress but helluva armpump :P

I used to do BB Curls suprset with BB Overhead Triceps extension. I guess you could call it a standing skullcrusher
