Chest shoulder and tricep splits

How do you recommend working chest, shoulders and triceps?

Do you think it's betetr to work triceps with chest, with shoulders, or on it's own day with biceps?

I think you should try them all and use the one you like.

I worked chest, shoulders and triceps together for many years. Now that I'm older and lifting heavier, the "push" day doesn't feel so good on my joints.

i agree with BTB you kinda have to play around with it a bit with yourself..i used to do shoulder and tris together because after training chest my tris were shot already. i train different now

If my triceps are tired after chest should I still work them?

I use to add some 3-6 sets of tri work on my bench and oh p days, when i got the time that is. But as the guys said experiment and you find what works for you

I have trained my chest, shoulders, and triceps togeather for years also. I feel one should work the muscles that fire togeather with each other.
