Default GOMAD Go or No Go?

GOMAD

Do you believe it's a good bulkling approach, or do you feel it's dated? Why/why not?

I think GOMAD is about the most fool proof bulk diet on the planet. And it's cheap.

Not if you're lactose intolerant like me. If I did that it would be GOCRAP!

I think it's great with raw milk, not so much with commercial milk. Real dirty bulk with commercial milk, you can't digest and use the protein very effectively due to the lack of enzymes, but your body happily takes the sugar and turns it into bodyfat.

I'd say it's a bit dated. Mostly because of how processed milk is these days; if you're lucky enough to get raw milk at a great price, then I say it's a good idea. Otherwise, I'll spend my money on steak.
