My favorite would have to be stiff legged deadlifts. They seem to make them grow the most.

Yeah I'm not sure if the pain means I did them very right or horribly wrong haha. I'm hoping the former. That's what I get for slacking on the squats for the last month!

I ghetto them on a sit up bench. I pin my feet down with whatever those foot things are called. The 6-pack junkies will just have to wait until I'm done.
