Isolation Exercise Favorites
What is your favorite and least favorite isolation exercise?

I hate flyes.... they hurt my shoulders... a lot

Flyes hurt the hell out of my shoulders. So so regular side laterals. The only isolation movements I enjoy are triceps related. And then I have a tendency to turn them into half-compounds.

I love flyes.. I always end a good chest session with a bunch of low weight burn reps... feels good man.

im on the same boat about flys hurting. only cable flys and pecdec for me. (same goes for reardelts, just opposite)

i dont really have any favorties....... either quad extensions or bicep/forearm hammer curls on preacher bench???

Favorite = Cybex machine triceps

Least favorite = seated calf raises

flyes kill the back of my shoulders, leg extensions seem useless, tricep pushdown arent so bad

Seated calf raises always felt funny to me for some reason.
