Theres a date on the papers for a "received by" dead line. Money and papers at same time. Your not registared till you pay. They don't have to be received for a few months yet. I just posted the as soon as they became available.

I like to take care of things like papers, hotel, music CD all that stuff ASAP that way it is less to worry about as you get closer and you in the bber fog.

Hi you guys!! Am I really the only woman on Team Take Ohio? I recruited a friend to compete, Morgan, but not sure how commited she is yet, we'll see.

Does anyone know a trainer I could work with? I don't have a lot of available funds so can not approach trainers that have been trained by other people I follow...ususally really pricey, example, Mindy Obrien (canada) she trains new fitness model Rachel Davis. I am really serious about making this my profession. I want to compete and continue progressing my body to chase after Fitness Modeling as well. I know i NEED a good trainer. Sure, I can learn things from online, but I think when It comes to things like this where it is SUPER competitive, you need to be guided by experience. When I did my first show, I didn't do it the right way, I didn't know what to do, I just did my best! Example, someone told me I need to work on my rear delts, as soon as he told me that and why he thought so, I worked them hard and they are more developed now and I have an undersatnding as to why but I'm just gettin gstarted in this and really need someone's professional opinion and help, from what muscles I need to develop and how to develop them with the time I Have (a game plan), to diet, to posing. Don't you just wish luck always played the hand! I just wish someone would be local and could guide me like a fairy godmother, but this is not la la land! So, if anyone has any ideas, please send my way, I woul dreally appreciate your advice! Thanks you guys, train hard!
