What training techniques do you use?
What training techniques do you enjoy using in your training? I'm talking about techniques like giant sets, test-pause, forced reps, slow negatives, etc.
I enjoy rest-paused sets. They allow me to push a muscle without training to failure. And they also allow for a quick workout. I can do up to 21 sets in 45-50 minutes.
