Some of you guys are like trained seals when it comes to attacking HIT. I know it's the cool thing to do but it will sure help you more then Mr. Olympia's workout.

I think the issue is that we don't run into many mofos who got their results from HIT. And you jedis are always sayign **** liek Paul Anderson would have been stronger if he'd used HIT. You know its true.

it will defenitly help a new lifter more than jay cutlers 5split.
no doubt about that. and as i said earlyer in the tread propably a good place to start theyr training career for some.

that beeing said, after working on a nautilus/HIT gym for years,
and actually never seen anyone get fit. hmmmm
yeah they have gotten stronger in the machines but you just cant see it on theyr bodies, no volume what so ever.

DID also try HIT for a 3month period,
i did not gain any weight, actually i become smaller, and most of my strenght levels went down on the basic lifts...

it will propably work for someone but not for me
