Next to the Big Three and Overhead Presses, I put the most intensity of any compound into my BB Rows. Excellent for Upper Back strength and thickness in general.

Speaking of deadlifts, I've started to do RDLs after deadlifts so I give my back longer to recover. I hope this works a bit better in the long run.
