However, if you can do skullcrushers and not **** yourself up, they are a great mass developer.
i can never do these.... my elbows just feel terrible

Anyone try those dip machine pressdown thingies? Any good?

if its the seated ones, i actually almost like them lol... and if you lean forward you can get a good chest burn/pump

I'll give you RGBP's!

I also like the Cybex tricep machine at my gym. Kind of like a seated version of a skull crusher (which I love, but am afraid to do without help). On the Cybex machine, your sitting almost at a preacher bench, and pushing the weight away from your face and down.

Thanks big V. I find they really hit the triceps hard, plus the joint isn't as stressed as compared to some exercises. Also, a little byproduct of playing around with them is that, for me at least, they began entraining me into the correct pling form for regular bench press.

I think in my opinion the best (and also my favorite) are Barbell Lying Extensions (for muscle mass, especially for the long head), in flat bench/floor or slightly incline.
Barbell goes at top of head or behind, so at the stretching point the angle of the arms is not perpendicular to torso, if you know what I mean.
