I'm in first with forearms. Haven't trained them directly since the stone age.

Forearms are first followed by biceps and abs. All of these get a good hit as assistence muscles from other work.

Forearms, haha. They just get trained with deads and such I guess.

Everything else I make sure to hit at least 1x per week.

Legs i bet

I also train forearms the least, they get their share from compounds n curls

I'm often guilty of neglecting the abdominal training.
