LEGS for me but I can't pick Hams and Quads and calves. so I picked my next least upper body part. lol Forarms. I NEVER train them spesificaly.

I don't train Forearms and Calves directly now.
Indirectly they getting some work.
I have to choose between these, so I decide to look back at earlier years and see which of these I have trained directly the least, so it is Forearms.

I also voted Forearms..it was split between those and Hamstrings. That will change soon enough though...

im naturally large calved and forearmed (creating my own words), so i never work either of the two.

but i should though.....

but then again i should sleep more too......

The forearm is the only body part that I don't directly train due to them being used indirectly during a bunch of lifts/exercises.

Ditto, but more on the calves for me. I do work them every now and then though just to keep them alive.
