Back with delts?
What are your thoughts on training these two together the same day? Is there any benefit, in your opinion?
I find that my rear delts get worked a lot with my back, but when I try to do both on the same day, it's usually quite hard, especially after a hard back workout.
Right now I'm doing:
Tuesday - chest/triceps
Wednesday - back/delts
Do you think it would be better doing something like:
Tues- chest/triceps/front and medial delts
Wed -back/rear delts
