Default Bodybuilding Guru Craig Anthony Peters

Greetings. My name is bodybuilding guru Craig Anthony Peters. I would like to introduce myself and get to know everyone on this forum.

I am a master bodybuilding scientist, and have studied training from a very early age. I have tested theories and training protocols, and have come up with a training system that is unique and one of a kind.

It is the only system you will even need. I say this with modesty and humility.

My toils have taken me to every end of the muscle building spectrum. I have dabbled with Mentzer's Heavy Duty, and tinkered with the routines of the very gods themselves! I have lived and experienced the workouts of everyone from Arnold to Anderson; Grimek to Gaspari. I have attempted every training technique, hi-tech, low-tech, strength and mind muscle.

On this forum I will be unveiling a system so revolutionary and so unsettling, that bodybuilding will change forever.

Please join me in this journey. I welcome all questions.

Welcome to the forum.

I would really like to read about your journey, and your approach to training. I'm into older training styles as opposed to new split styles. There's so much garbage, and just plain junk programs being touted as a miracle system.

Look forward to your thoughts.

I apologize for my "pants being on the ground." I am a male model, amongst other things, and am asked to pose in various ways for the publications.

My studies lead me to the creation of my training approach:

CRAP. Constant Recovery Anabolic Phase.

CRAP training has 2 phases:

Phase 1: Dog Stimulation
Phase 2: Max Crap

As you can see, this style has roots in both DC Training and Max-Stim. But the differences are substantial and revolutionary!

Ok. so you've taken known programs, and reworked them. This is an approach I also use.

The term "constant recovery" sounds like your trying to amp your metabolism for better conditioning. There are a few other people who advocate programs like this.

HHMMM could be some interesting reading. I won't deviate from my training because of my results. My show pics speek for them self. But I am always open to some good reading.

I get confuzzled with all these programs, there are so many.. I just lift, Lift some more, eat and eat and then lift something heavy and when all else fails, I go to MMA and I get punched in the face and then I eat again and this program seems to be working.
