i honestly disagree, however i respect your opinion.
also, as i have mentioned im living for today... i want to get as strong as i can in the shortest time & be a freak as fast as possible.
im sure i'll pay for it later, but i'll deal with it then.
since adopting C&P its changed not only my lifting, but my life. i honestly have had much more fun since taking this state of mind

thanks for all the input, i'll pick and choose the info i find helps me, but ultimately my goal is to progress safely and not risk injury in order to get my lifts up. to me there's nothing boring about the way I or anyone else here's lifting I love it and it's been great for me. I'm looking to gain strength and size, but safely. Thanks again for the help i'll be hitting it hard tomorrow
