Day 1: (Pushday 1) Chest/tri
Day 2: (Pullday) Back/bic
Day 3: (Squatday) Legs/calves
Day 4: (Pushday 2) Shoulder/tri

4-split at the moment due to a problematic shoulder, therefore 2 pushdays.

How many days rest do you take after the 4th day?

BTB: 2days on, 1 day rest, 2 days on, 2 days rest. Some weeks i dont have that oportunity due to my work schedule so have to do 4 days in a row, then 3 days rest. You have any suggestions for changes to do in this split for those weeks? Having some problems getting it all together effectively and allow good recovery at the same time.

I think you're doing it the way I would. As long as the rest periods even out in the end I think you're on target.
