I get so confused
I'll admit it. I get so confused. The more I read the less I feel like I know. I see people saying bodybuilders are weak, then I see the numbers they put up and they are strong. I see people smacking talking isolation exercises, yet some grow with and without them. I see one post that advocates mind muscle connection, and one brute strength. Train less then one hour, train more then one hour, train using a split, don't train with a split.
Right now I feel totally confused.

There are a thousand ways to crack an egg. You can run it over with your car, throw it out the window, or smash it on your friend's head. In the end you need to pick a method of cracking the egg and just ****ing do it man. Most routines use the same damn execises anyway. Find thos eexercises and lift more weights. If rep ranges confuse you, you all of them!

Read this and apply what this article has to say. There are lots of ways to make things work, but just keep it simple. Thats what this article aims to do.
A lot of what you read in the rags, is only intended to sell a magazine. Find the tools that are comfortable for you, and use those. You don't need everything new under the Sun to succeed.

Don't overthink the process. Remember, when you break it down to it's simplest format all your really doing is picking something up, and putting it back down, and repeat.
We can discuss this indepth if you need, but I'm at work right now, and have limited time.
