I went to Fort Leonard Wood, MO for MP Training, Then went to Ft. Benning for additional Close quarters combat then from there all over there place. Now I'm with 22nd at Ft. Irwin

Max I also used to have some bad form on BB bench. I, for some damn reason used to think arms were supposed to be in line with the bar. I would take a hugely wide grip, point my elbows out and push like a ****er..I never really got much pain in the shoulders, but I also never saw much gain either. Once I started using better form, I've set 2 PRs on bench and feel a much deeper burn and pump after chest days. I now try to keep my arms at 45*, but I can admit they still tend to push outwards. It's hard to lower the weights, but if you can master the form you will only make positive progress moving forward...
And I see we have military here...always good to see. I was...wait, still and always will be a Marine..but I'm all done with the game..have been for years.. Started with 2171, but couldn't really grasp some of it, transferred to 2111 and fixed guns..and rocket launchers, and other very fun to "test" toys... Got out in 2001, but am now a contractor doing IT support at an AFB in MA...
