Someone said clean and press which would be excellent for both your shoulder and back, besides for that- if you're stalled start using DBs and just keep at it.

+1 on this, or just run 5/3/1.. All I hear about 5/3/1 is getting PRs broken all over the place..must be good stuff, and Wendler is a beast..

I think 5/3/1 is 1 week of reps between 5-9 than next week 3-5 than 1-3

I found the work out but how many sets.
It takes

Overhead

Squat

And

Deadlift , then adds work to compliment the work outs. But ho do you roll with the top three work out sets?
