Best Hamstring Blaster
I need to move away from RDLs, as they tweak my knee. I have been trying to get the form right for a year and just can't seem to do them without getting odd discomfort in the knee.
Other then RDLs and leg curls, I want your favorite hamstring blaster for muscle and strength. I need to add one or two exercises into my rotation. Deadlifts and squats don't apply, since I do them already.
Should I add Good Mornings? Sumo RDLs? Other? What say you?
