Dinner - 7oz lean beef, green veggies, 1/3c walnuts or almonds

Bedtime - 40gm shake with 1 TBSP Mac. Oil or EVOO

First of all, forget about calories, please. Some suggestions were made. All your going to do with the old diet is waste your time.
I can't really legitimately comment on 'bulking' because I'm a scrawny guy. But this diet looks so much better and easier than the original. Though, frankly, I'd get rid of the TBSP Mac. Oil or EVOO and just down some extra nuts with those meals to simplify further.

Thanks all very much for words...I've decided to dumb it down a bit, sort of... I will be using a Zig Zag style diet, to coincide with my routine. Eat more on workout days, eat less on off days. I know being a picky eater is no excuse, but I had to make a few changes to GnRs suggestions, but will do what I can. I've tried and tried to expand my taste buds, but I literally get sick when I eat some foods..so I'll find suitable replacements, but will still keep things in check..

As for some of the listed supplements, it may sound like overkill..but I have tested each supp I take. I know, I'm not a lab tech doing super high class testing..but I know I get a beter workout with some of the stuff, so it stays.. I'll post what I eat and take daily in my journal..once that gets put up....

Zig zagging is a solid approach. As far as supplements, run what works for you. I hear people all the time on boards say that BCAAs and glutamine and aminos are worthless, but I notice a difference when I take them. The value of all supplements comes down to personal experience.

Exactly how I feel... For me, I noticed nothing when I took glutamine. I tried a little, I tried a lot. Still nothing. BCAAs on the other hand...I love them..well, I love what they do for me, just not really like taking them. So far one of the best I've seen is LGs BC+EAA, but that still doesn't always dissolve 100%, and the flavor could be stronger..but it works. If I had the money, I would drink IntraBolic all day long...

LG's BC + EAA and Scivation Xtend both rock for me. I notice a difference with DOMs and recovery.

I've never tried Xtend. I just think it's too much money if I were to follow their dosing...At my size, I would need 6 scoops or more! I'm sure it's a quality product, but my favorite is still IntraBolic, followed by IntraAid..for the cheaper side, or less-expensive side..LGs stuff is really good too..
