Default Periodization Types

Since Ehubbs brought up Block periodization in another thread, I thought it would make for a good thread if we discussed the various forms of periodization and how we've seen them implemented.

I'll start with a few terms...

NLP = Non-Linear Periodization
LP = Linear Periodization
BP = Block Periodization
Wave Loading
