I need some new lat exsercises.... Really good ones that I'm gonna feel sore the next day. I tend to feel it more in my forarms then in my lats so its hard to up the weights I'm currently using for like Lat pull downs and what not> any ideas? I also started using lifting straps to help ease the strain on my forarms> it helps some, but still pretty painful.
