Default Dread Thread

What training day do you dread the most? Which do you look forward too the most?

I look forward to back (deadlifts) and chest the most, and really dread shoulders and biceps. Shoulders are just a dull workout for me...too few exercises available to stimulate my interest.

It's legs for me. Today. And with my strained right glute, no squats. Only lunges, leg extensions, and light leg curls. Then I jumped on the elliptical and burned off 150+ calories. Not much, but more than my heart wanted today!

How's your glute doing? BTW, do you normally do squats with a wide or narrow stance?
