Bent-over row technique
 
What form should I use in this?How far do i bend over eg 45 degrees,should I use leg drive,etc.

I believe flat back, thats what I use, but don't mark my words for it, wait for someone else to chime in here.

i get as close to 45 degrees that is comfortable, i do more like 70 degrees.

i also use some leg drive, but not so much that i cant stay in control of weight.

BTB posted something on pulling motions the other day. You can use leg drive/loose form, as long as you can hold the weight for a moment at the top of the lift.

bend over at waist, bend kness slightly hold weight just off the ground arch back and pull with your lats, try to minimize leg usage as much as possible and concentrate on lats and not your biceps.... make sense?

as with any exercise, form/technique is different depending on the goal

My goal is strength/size.

Searching google there is pendlay rows and starting from a dead start off the ground.Any opinions on these.

i dont like these. you can use less weight with these, which for me = BAD

there fine, but i noticed i have a very hard time keepin the correct form on them due to body mechanics.

stand up with bar in hands, then bend over with your back straight until the bar goes just bellow the knees, then pull the bar to just bellow the chest that should work good for ya.
