Should I push the finish set up in weight or push the top set to increase?
After thinking about it, I wanted to push the top set up, and let the finish set fall where it can. That fits better with the overall idea of progression is King.

I started thinking about doing heavy sets first tomorrow, and wanted to do a 20 repper last, and that got me thinking of the rep range issue.
