Alright, I pulled out my list that the physical therapist gave me.

No more then 1 hr of walking
No lifting more then 50 pounds
Can only do repeative bending for 30 mins
Push up ok unless pain arises
Sit ups until pain increases

And I have a bunch of other weird stuff that I can do
