Default Running Smolov Jr squat and bench @ same time

Has anyone tried this before? I was reading up on the program and a lot of people say to pick one or the other, but I feel like if those are the only two lifts I do and I eat enough food I'll be able to get a lot stronger and add a good amount of size.

Try it, ifs a fun program. Remember to be very conservative when calculating your 1RM %ages. First and last rep should be similair in term of speed. No grinding!
