Default Rep goal system for LIFE

How long will rep goal system be beneficial.I am only a late novice but still i am interested to now will i be able to use this form of training forever i like it a lot,i like to change my rep goal every 2-3 weeks and pick random 23,34,41,28 one of the best strategys to train i ever found

It will be beneficial until you've built a good base strength level. At some point you'll probably need to cycle intensity or try a few different things.

Pushing every set for max reps can become difficult when you have build a substantial amount of strength.

Let's put it this way. Pushing sets should help you to build 80% of the muscle and strength you'll ever build. At that point you'll need to evolve training based on needs.
