Default I, Bodybuilder Phase 2

Quote:
I,BODYBUILDER - PHASE 2
by Tim Patterson and Christian Thibaudeau

No hype, no exaggeration, pure and simple, build muscle as fast as humanly possible. More specifically, build muscle as fast as humanly possible — week after week — until you see a body in the mirror that you barely recognize. That's radical hypertrophy, bubba, and that's exactly what this program's all about.
Blah, Blah, Blah......

Quote:
2. The ANACONDA Protocol

If you want superhuman results, you have to train with superhuman intensity. And to do that, you have to utilize the ANACONDA Protocol. It's true. The ANACONDA Protocol is a painstakingly researched, peri-workout dosing plan that's designed to potentiate anabolic physiology to the point of superhuman responses when training at advanced levels.

Read what Christian Thibaudeau has to say about ANACONDA:

"I am convinced that I am currently working with the most advanced and most effective training methods ever, methods which have the potential to deliver superhuman growth to almost anyone who'll fully utilize them.

"But it's ANACONDA that actually provides the fuel to deliver the results.

"I am totally serious."

— Christian Thibaudeau, TMUCLE Bodybuilding Specialist

Anybody who spends their cash on this deserves the life lesson they are about to be handed.

When did, lying, cheating, and stealing become a normal part of buisness?

What happened to men of honor and integrity?

I use to use a phrase close to that with girls at the drive in to get them in the back seat. Wait, maybe that was a climb a beanstalk story.

A comment from a random poster on the MAB main site:

Quote:
I knew long before the release of I, bodybuilder that Thib was going to be plugging biotest in to his program, since that is what he has done with his previous videos/threads on t-nation. Right off the bat under the i, bodybuilder guidelines I find this,

“Without these two elements, all bets are off. In fact, according to Christian Thibaudeau, without both of these elements, you will get nothing more than mediocre results at best, and more likely fail:”
One of the elements is the actual training program, the other is the hundreds of dollars in biotest supplements…
They basically tell you that even if you want to follow the routine without the supplements, you’re more then likely going to fail??? I also find it funny how repeatedly they use the words “no hype, no exaggeration”

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen a program with MORE hype and exaggeration than this in my 10 years of following training and diet guidelines.

So lets get this straight, these are LEGAL supplements. Not steroids, and you will fail without using them… Wow, I think the FDA better examine this miracle bottles biotest is making.

Christian Thibaudeau has sold his soul to the devil just to make money at the expensive of vulnerable young athletes by stealing directly out of their pockets. Shame on him, Nate Green, and all the other clowns involved in this lengthy and methodical scam.

You could take this thread the Skip lacour thread, and others and morph them all together. At the root is the issue of, personal integrity.

There was a time when a Mans word meant something. To break that trust was a serious reflection of who you are. Today it means nothing to most people. To lie, cheat, and outright steal peoples money, and defraud them, is just part of doing buisness, and if you don't know better then it's not their fault you trusted what they claimed to be true.

Is it any wonder that so many on the outside view this sport as so suspect? The People who should be mentors prey on the neophytes to steal their money with nothing more than snake oil.

It happens over and over that people just getting involved ask about a supplement stack before they have truely begun lifting any iron at all. There was a time that men lifted iron, ate food, and became true bodybuilders. They lived a healthy life, and were role models. The modern bodybuilder at the pro level is so far removed from what it once meant that it is not even the same sport.

This sport has always been on the fringe, and in many ways I don't believe that the exposure brought about in the last 30 years has all been good. In many ways I feel it has been damaged more than if it had stayed as a fringe sport.

Everybody can benefit from lifting weights, and exercising. Only a few truely have the genetics to be champions at the top. Thats just the way it is. Even if you can't be a champion, you can still enjoy, and participate. Your better off than those who never get off the couch in the first place. That goes for any activety, not just weight sports.

There's more, but I'm at work and busy right now.

So if I use his product and perform the anaconda I will succeed 100%. But If I use the supps I want and perform the anaconda I will fail reguardless. Then I have already failed, why even try. What a load of shit... How many countless people in bodybuilding have succeeded without the use of Biocrap. There ought to be a law against such claims.

It's really not a whole lot different than the hype and promises of many supplement companies. It was just presented in a little bit (very little) less commercial fashion. There is snake oil EVERYWHERE coming from Snakes.
