Regarding Layne Norton. I'm not really fond of the side tricep pose. It just looks bad the way most people pose it. Layne does a damn fine job in that photo, and shows how it should be done.

I agree. I like the Norton look better. Palumbo look is awful.

Layne looks awesome in that photo, his physique is something to strive for. And he is strong as hell, awesome.
