Default What do you think of this full body routine?

Hi everyone! I'm trying to put together a routine for my next bulk and would greatly appreciate any feedback. I'm 20 years old and I bench 250, squat 300 and deadlift approximately 350lbs. I love full body training and I want to try rep goal system with it. So I was thinking about something like this:

Monday

Squat 3 sets, rep goal 20
Leg curls 3 sets, rep goal 30
Bench press 3 sets, rep goal 20
Barbell row 3 sets, rep goal 20
Upright row 3 sets, rep goal 30
Barbell curls 3 sets, rep goal 30
Skullcrushers 3 sets, rep goal 30
abs

Wednesday

Deadlift 3 sets, Reg Park style (3x5)
Leg extensions 3 sets, rep goal 30
Weighted chest dips 3 sets, rep goal 25
Pullups 3 sets, rep goal 25
Military press 3 sets, rep goal 20
Incline dumbbell curls 3 sets, rep goal 30
Pushdown 3 sets, rep goal 30
abs

Friday

Leg press 3 sets, rep goal 25
Stiff leg deadlift 3 sets, rep goal 25
Incline dumbbell press 3 sets, rep goal 30
Cable row 3 sets, rep goal 30
Seated arnold press 3 sets, rep goal 25
Close grip chins 3 sets, rep goal 25
Two arm dumbbell extension 3 sets, rep goal 25
abs

I'm not worried about my calves as I have played soccer for 14 years and legs are probably my best developed muscle group. What do you guys think about it?

I think your program is well-designed, and I do a similar type of workout, with slightly less volume. Like you, I much prefer a full body workout over a split...I just feel like it challenges me more and gives me a better workout. Since my arms get trained pretty well with the compound lifts, I find that I do minimal arm work however. My only thought (and it's not a critique as your recovery abilities may be alot better than mine) is the volume. You may wind up having to reduce after a while as you progress in your lifts. Otherwise, pretty solid in my opinion.

Thanks for the feedback! And yeah I seem to recover very quickly as I have been active and in good shape all my life.I have never had any issues with recovery. But if it feels like it's too much I will reduce the volume a bit. Thanks again!
