Default 25 Rep Squat Finisher - Post Your Video

Aloha,

I thought this would be a fun thing for everyone to try because I know how much the people at MAB love to Squat. I don't have as impressive numbers as many of you in here but I figured I'd share what I've been doing with my Squat days in order for me to develop more strength and build more muscle all around and catch up with all you guys in here and maybe even grow a beard.

25 REP SQUAT FINISHER
  • 85% of 1RM x 5 reps
  • Subtract 30-50lbs x 5 reps
  • Subtract 30-50lbs x 5 reps
  • Subtract 30-50lbs x 10 reps

I did this at the end of my main Squat sets and reps of 4 x 10/8/5/5. I rested for 3 minutes after this Finisher and did 2 more accessory lifts.

Let's see those finishers! Aloha

Awesome squatter Those 20 reppers will make you think you're going to see Jesus. I need a camera to film mine. I always do a back off set of 20 reps after my 3x5 working sets on my third lifting day of the week. Last week was ramp up to 291 lbs for 3x5 then 218x20.
