Chest 5x 8-10 reps flat bench
Delts 5x8-10 wide grip BHNP or wide grip high pulls

this is my bulking up routine looking to change it . don't like doing pull ups for back lol what can I do to change it . and what reps can you really do for bulking up and getting bigger cheers

For traps, just search for BTB's power shrug hell. That does the trick for most folks. I don't have any good info for big arms, though.
