It doesn't matter which type / form / bar you are using. How can you isolate your back in a deadlift ... may be I don't know ... but I think it is not possible.

"Front Raises" are an anterior delt move.

The statement seems odd. Maybe he should have placed a comma after back focused. Indicating he is once again focusing on his back by re-incorporating deadlifts.

Or just maybe, he really intended to leave people wondering and scratching their noggins.
