Toes should be pointed out thats a given.

PLifters normally go really wide because of the gear they where and to shorten ROM of the bar path.

Raw lifting especially with out knee support and briefs you should be careful not to go too too wide since you run the risk of knee problems and groin tears.

Show us a video to confirm.

I myself go quite wide, and am currently working with sets of 335x5.

It is purely up to how your own body responds to it, and what is comfortable for you. Some people will prefer narrow stances, while others will prefer wide.

Yes, just realized how old this thread is. Yay me.

That'd probably be a good idea.

You'd better hop to it! My squat jumped immensely over the past few months.

Just work your way up to it, see how you're feeling.

Every single PR I have set has been after about a dozen sets working my way up, so warm up sets and slowly working your way up is great.

yeah.... i've deloaded my usual working sets, but out of boredom i figured i'd throw a new PR on top of these. it all depends how i feel tomorrow... too many variables to tell a day before.

Definitely have to agree. You can never tell until you start doing them, really.
