Default pressing for triceps

if for example my routine only consisted of full body compound exercise would for example bench press an military press be enough stress on the triceps for hypertrophy? thanks in advance!

Absolutely. If you get stronger on those 2 movements you WILL develop triceps size and strength. Later on down the line you can add in some close grip bench and pushdowns if you want.
