Default

Use two sets warming up to your working set. Use the same weight for all working sets. Once you can hit 10 for each working sets, add ten pounds.

Im in the beginner stage aswell. Im gonna try your routine out and see how it works. Been experimenting with different types of workout for a while now.

Some serious lifters use Real Results.

Just don't mistake program boredom for lack of progression. Gradual changes, like swapping out an exercise or shifting emphasis is fine. Try not to waste time swapping out programs wholesale if they are working. That said, 6 months is a good investment and should give you perspective for making smart changes.
