arnold's encyclopedia of bodybuilding
Is Arnold's encyclopedia of bodybuilding worth buying?
or is there a better book out there?

Should I save my cash? and invest it elsewhere?
since there's so much decent info available here for free

MY long term goal is to build a classic physic

Thanks Guys

it is a good piece to have in your library. Not an advocate of it, or any book for that matter, as my sole source of bodybuilding information. it is a tool, put it in your tool belt.

I love it. I have had it forever. If you do get it, it's a keeper. You might be able to pick up a used one on Amazon.

I aggree, I have had a copy of this forever-

While there are definitely better resources on programming & diet - this book has a lot of good info on excersises and BB contest prep. It is also great from a nostalgia perspective. - Enjoy !!

I have had it for over 20 years and still look at it often today. I love all the photos as well. Cannot go wrong with a Legend's book.

Definitely a good choice you made there. It's a great read, but as said diets and training styles are evolving daily it seems like sometimes, but it's always nice to refer to that for the bread and butter of where it all stemmed from.

Go the book yesterday, when I arrived home my wife handed it to me & said your gay porn has arrived.

only scanned through it briefly, some of the diagrams and drawings look great, I'm surprised at how big the books is.
Looking forward to reading it over the weekend
