The plan looks good. I wouldn't use wide stance squats as a novice.

Do you have specific questions?

I made so mistakes that i burnt my self ....

3 injuries brought me down....

The problem was how to cope with plateaus

i reach i point that 1 kg up the weight
made me unable to fulfil the reps ( 3x5 )

The question is how others overcome these plateaus

This slowing is normal. These is nothing you can really do but keep trying to reach the rep goals.

The stronger you get, the more this will slow. All you can do is keep fighting.
