Default Books on exercise form?

Been looking for books on form to assist me with my workout. Been left torn between Insider's tell all and starting strength. I'm already familiar with McRobert as I have read Beyond Brawn, liked it, except it made me feel like I was made of glass.

Anyone have a recommendation?

Those are the only 2 books I have that talk about form. Most touch on it, but in a bodybuilding style manner, meaning the advice is not trustworthy.

Im cheap, just use google: learn what it means to make the lift safe, spend a couple days in the gym finding your groove - then lift. If your concerned - film it - post it up here and have BtB or any of the MaB guys take a look.

Muscle rx is a great site for form. Also the encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding is good as well.

A couple of lifters that offer some good form advice and demonstrations, just off the top of my head, are Paul Carter (over at www.lift-run-bang.com - look up the most popular articles, and there's some links there) and Mark Bell (his Youtube channel is Supertraining06, IIRC - if not, Google him).

There's a ton of others, of course, but they come to mind.
