the best way in my opinion for a natural to look good bulk up as much as possible cut to about 10% then clean bulk back up to 13 or 14% if you want a more massive look

Sounds like a good approach.

You CAN be catabolic when you're natural. This has been studied over and over again. After about one hour of training, workouts become catabolic.

Overtraining reduces bodily testosterone levels, and makes it extremely difficult for naturals to gain muscle.

Long, high volume workouts are bad for naturals. They are good for steroid users because test levels don't drop.

I agree 100%! There are also foods that increase estrogen which can be anti-anabolic to some extent.

You've got that right brother. The Warrior Diet book taught me a lot about that.

I would also like to add that 60 minutes is just a guideline. Some guys can lift for 90 minutes or more without ill-effects...especially younger guys, because they have higher test levels.

But to say naturals can't be catabolic, well, that's just...

I find that as long as I'm not resting longer then 2 minutes between sets, I can get in all the sets I want.

I imagine if I was running gear, I might have a little more energy to limp pat 60 minutes

Maybe not...I have such a mental block.

I give you credit for going that long.
