For me it was the overall girth of my shoulders. My shoulders and I have a long lasting relationship that goes far back. They have caused me pain and misery after the first year of my first goal want, and after about 6 or so months of care and recovery, they bounced back, stronger than ever. But, were by far the most troublesome body part, and well worth the patience and agony that came with waiting them out while working on them.

Calves. So much so that I usually don't even bother with them. It sucks because my well developed quads are hidden by my shorts and I look like a poser who doesn't even train legs.
