Calves, but I have put a lot effort in them I used to work them as heavy as I could and I never got them to grow but when I lighted them and started to go full range of motion, especially to the top they started growing, now I'm not saying they are as big as my arm, but are symmetrical with my quads and the rest of my body, I do reps up to 40 as well because I believe in going for the burn and partials after I can not do any more full reps and stretching in between the sets. My opinion calves are used to hard work by walking climbing supporting a body so you have to find ways to increase the intensity to get results.

The only curls I can do are hammer. Anything with a supinated grip kills me forearms so my biceps look tiny still Do I even lift?

I'd say my calves, honestly I hate training calves because I get bored but when I do they grow fast.
