I have heard in the past that calf development is mostly genetic. I have pretty decent sized calves and rarely work them at all. For me, abs seem to be a hopeless endeavor tho.

I just met a natural powerlifter with what looked like 22 inch natural calves. They are definitely one of those freaky bodyparts that are highly genetic.

delts, lats, and triceps by far. my abs can get bulky, but not defined. My chest grows very easily. 42+in chest at 5'8

I know calves are mostly genetic. I also know that when I do my next cycle I'm going to pound the shit out of them and see if I can get any little bit on muscle on them.

Shoulders are pretty hard too.
