Stumbled onto this today, going to give it a run through since because of work/family, can only strength train 2x/wk and this can be done at home. Was curious as to the thoughts of others on this?

Obviously, high frequency training is always a plus, no matter what the stimulus, tho i think the fat loss presented in the article is a little far fetched, always willing to give anything a try.
