This is a great video. This guy really knows his stuff. I found this interesting because this week I am planning on beginning a 2x day session every wednesday. I won't be adding any more volume than normal, I will just be combining a day in an effort to save time.

I am combining my heavy lower day (AM session) and my upper accessory day (PM session, mainly speed and hypertrophy work) and be following it with at least two full days off before my heavy upper day on Saturday and Lower accesory day on Sunday, with another two full days off before I repeat.

I'd be interested on hearing any thoughts on this as it relates to the topic of the video.

Also, I don't wipe my face at all. The beard catches the sweat that I don't drink.
