How do I set up an olympic bar wrist roller?
(The DB or KB could also be a plate, I guess.)
Which of these would work best, or is a better way that's cheap, easy and convenient, for wrist rolling using a barbell?

I made something similar out of some aluminum tube (old picnic table umbrella, rope and a 1" diameter piece of pipe for around $5.00).
