Default Hodge twin's response to taylor lautner's transformation

Just come across this.

Quite funny

What do you guys think?
I wouldn't have thought what he did was impossible in a year, but then again what do I know

EDIT: Just covered beginner gains and expectations in the shout box actually but never the less

Yeah, I find them funny sometimes on occasion, but but I don't really think they deserve the credit they get. Spew out allot of BS.

Looking at it again, I think they're totally incorrect.

I mean to say he only put on 7 pounds! :L

Maybe I'm just a pessimist, but I always see actors show up out of nowhere and end up incredibly muscular and cut, and the last thing I think about is them doing it naturally. I understand that this is their career and they have a lot of time to commit to it, but it's not one of those things where you say "I'm going to get huge and ripped in 1 year" and it happens. Not accusing the guy of anything because I have no idea, but in general I think these Hollywood transformation are chemically enhanced.

1. They are annoying as hell
2. I agree with them. There is no way Taylor gained 30lbs of muscle in a year. Looking at his pictures I would agree with them and guess 6-10lbs. 30lbs of muscle would not have you looking that small.

I see what you mean.

Although he was around 140 when he started. If he gained at most 10 like you said he'd only be 150, and the general consensus is that he's 180.

Very true.

Maybe he was on steroids. Who knows

The thing you need to remember Linden is that virtually everyone underestimates their bf%. I had a quick look at BB.com link and to my (admittedly non-expert) eye, he looks nowhere near 6-7% bf in old or new pics. In most cases, guys say they are 6% bf when they are actually 11-12% and 10% when they are actually 14-15% and so on. That said, his transformation is very impressive and kudos to him

Therefore, lads who say they went from 150 with 8% to 180 with 7% bf in 12 months are usually full of shit!

In the end, the numbers don't matter all that much when you make an impressive transformation. You know you put in the work (everyone else will too) and you can be proud of what you achieved.
