Your nest improvised lifting, aka poor mans home gym
Alas, it only goes up to 280 lbs! And there's no power rack or bench!
Never fear....ghetto engineering to the rescue.
So far I've been doing floor presses off of a rack made of three stacked plates per side that are too small to fit my oly bar. I take heavy duty twine and tie dumbells to the bar when I go above 280, and I tie on more of the cheesy non-fitting plates to go above three.
For squats, I do hack squats with the bar pulled from the floor behind my back up to 300....above three, I use an old army Alice pack to stuff more cheesy plates in, up to 400 lbs.
The rest is straight fullbody work....your basic overhead presses from the floor, rows, pullups from the attic door, heavy barbell curls and various assistance work.
So....what's your best bit of improv lifting?

Nice....I did some GVT work a few times, on deadlifts, out of sheer morbid curiosity.
I'm pretty sure I saw Jesus.....

I hung/attached a barbell with bands, over the top rail of a stairs and stood on the stairs to use it as a lat-pulldown.
Used buckets, upturned as racks for floor press.
Used buckets, upturned, for rack pulls, until it got so heavy they cracked...then I placed 2 together and padded the gap inside the 2, worked a charm. Metal buckets would be better.
I've done lots of weird stuff for improvisation.
